Being on the Sex Offenders Register means that an individual is the lowest member of a society and must register with the police, in person, within 3 days of their caution, conviction, or release from prison. The courts will notify the police of a conviction, and the individual must notify the police of certain information, including their name and address, some individuals are so vile that they have to remain on the Sex Offenders Register although they may use legal aid with a sympathetic layer to get them removed from it as it allegedly violates their human rights! what about the victims human rights?
