Israr Ali, 19, of Devonshire Street W, New Town, Keighley, BD21 2 was sentenced to three-and-half years in a young offenders’ institution for his part in raping a 13 year old girl the main victim of the Keighley Asian Sex Gang in the changing rooms at the rugby club in Burgess Fields. Despite Israr having learning disabilities and an alleged IQ of 50 he still managed to put on a excellent performance of friendship to fool his victim as later on she told police that she thought Israr Ali was her friend!.
