Seven men charged with raping vulnerable woman in Wembley

Seven men have appeared in court charged with the rape of a vulnerable woman.

The Metropolitan Police say reports were made on May 12 that offences were committed against a single female victim, aged in her 30s, at an address in Wembley Park Drive, Wembley, between Saturday, April 1 and Wednesday, May 31.

The victim continues to be supported by specialist officers.

The men were all charged on Saturday June 3 and Sunday June 4.

  • Mariusz Piotr Brzegowy, 42, of Park Chase, Wembley, was charged with three counts of rape and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
  • Marusz Jantowski, 37, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of rape.
  • Tomasz Oleszczak, 46, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of rape.
  • Slawomir Jahn, 51, of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford, was charged with one count of rape.
  • Dominik Winiarczyk, 30, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of rape and one count of theft.
  • Michal Biernacki, 44, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of rape.
  • Jerzy Gazdowicz, 59, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of rape.

They appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court and Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on June 5 where they were remanded in custody to appear at Harrow Crown Court on July 3.
